While there is no yellow submarine (but the office pods do cut a close second) or octopuses garden in the shade under this sprawling metalised and ETFC packed wave, you might just find yourself some sushi.
The Southern Cross Station redevelopment undertaken by Grimshaw Architects [link] in association with Jackson Architecture [link] was quite the undertaking with the station fully operational during the redevelopment, which was completed in 2006. The design picked up a swag of awards, including the Lubetkin Prize [link] given to the most outstanding building outside the European Union.
