Kind of like what you would get if you combined shuffling a deck of cards and a camshaft, after the King of Hearts had a pulmonary edema.  

The postmodern Metropolitan Fire Brigade Burnley Complex was designed by Spower Architects and                                                              completed in 2008.  

Frank Gehry, BP Pedestrian Bridge, Chicago

Snaking it's way over Columbus Drive the stainless steel leviathan that is the BP Pedestrian Bridge was designed by architect Frank Gehry [link]. The bridge opened in 2004. Somewhat reminiscent of the Webb Bridge in Melbourne designed by Denton Corker Marshall only the sides have far more potential, as a sweet slippery dip.

Gehry's Copper Phase. Much like Picasso's blue period it was tentative at best but required to progress as an artist.  Google has pretty large glass these days...

The ornamental nature of this building was a solid boding for his later work although prefabbed concrete and steel I beams don't quite have the same visual impact as molded stainless steel and titanium...
