Snaking it's way over Columbus Drive the stainless steel leviathan that is the BP Pedestrian Bridge was designed by architect Frank Gehry [link]. The bridge opened in 2004. Somewhat reminiscent of the Webb Bridge in Melbourne designed by Denton Corker Marshall only the sides have far more potential, as a sweet slippery dip.
