With more wires than even the Puppet Master would be able to handle at one time....but it helps when you have a lot of friends.

The redevelopment of the MCG Members Stand was designed by MCG5 Sports Architects (Cox Sanderson Ness (now Cox Architecture[link])), Daryl Jackson Architects[link], Hassell [link] HOK Sport [link] and Tompkins Shaw & Evans[link] with structural engineering completed by ARUP [link] work this was truely a team effort. work was completed in 2008.

Parker Design in association with Architectus, David Jones Redevelopment, Melbourne, Australia

Parker Design [link] in association with Architectus [link] have taken on the redevelopment of the David Jones flagship store in the central CBD of Melbourne.

Looking like a more up market and geometric version of the 'Watercube' [link], that doesn't quite hold the viewers awe as the sun goes down as the latter does but even with late night shopping on Fridays taken into consideration, I don't see that been an issue for your typical David Jones punter.

The Bourke street section of the redevopment was compeleted in 2011 with the rest is still in the pipeline.

Looking like the progeny of Slimer from Ghostbustes [link] and Jabba the Hutt [link], the refurbishment and redesign of RMIT building 22 on the corner of Swanston St and La Trobe St by ARM Architecture [link] certainly gets your attention the first time you stumble upon it. Given the increased number of nightclubs and other such drinking establishment along Swanston St, it seems rather sympathetic to it's surroundings, particularly in the early hours of the morning.

The redesigning work on Building 22 was completed in 2011.
